The Nokia 3650 was one of the first camera phones available. The Nokia 3650 is still quite popular because of its functionality and unique design. Though it is a great camera cell phone, it is a little behind by today's standards. It has only 4096 colors, while most new phones have 65,000. A great cell phone at a reasonable price.
